AYAInvest
AYAInvest is the AYA Foundation’s grant-making initiative dedicated to fueling the growth of Black-owned businesses and innovative startups across Colorado. Designed to close persistent capital and equity gaps, AYAInvest provides flexible, catalytic funding that supports entrepreneurs as they move from vision to viability—and from sustainability to scale. Through AYAInvest, Black entrepreneurs gain access to capital that strengthens business stability, supports job creation, and enables long-term growth. This funding allows founders to invest in critical infrastructure, expand operations, and build employer businesses that contribute to thriving local economies. More than a grant program, AYAInvest is an investment in possibility—backing bold ideas, resilient leadership, and community-rooted innovation to advance generational prosperity and inclusive economic growth across Colorado.
Grant opportunities are not open year-round. Funding cycles are released strategically based on available capital, partner alignment, and programmatic priorities. When grant opportunities become available, AYA Foundation will clearly communicate eligibility criteria, timelines, and application processes to ensure entrepreneurs have transparent and equitable access. Participants will also receive guidance on how to prepare, apply, and navigate the funding process to maximize their readiness and success.
